
4:30 pm Caye Caulker to Belize City -all water taxis leave Caye Caulker half an hour after they leave San Pedro. It takes 45 minutes to reach Caye Caulker from BC and an additional 30 to go from Caulker to San Pedro. The cost is US $10 one way.
According to one source, another 98 species of birds have been seen on the island and 77 of those are migrants. Seventeen of those migratory species are seen often enough to indicate that they are spending the winter on nearby pacific air systems islands.
