A picary is an animal that lives in the hills and his meat tastes like pork. The Maya fix it with herbs and spices a real treat. The TEA Guest House, 722-2096, $$, allows you to stay in a cabin shared with five other people. During the day, Maya guides lead excursions and teach you about the jungle. Your stay includes three traditional meals with a Maya family and, in the evenings, you can listen to their stories and music and watch some dancing. The TEA Guest House is similar to a home stay, only you and the Maya family have more privacy.
