
Near Complex N stands stela 16, an impressive carving of the costume worn during the late classic period. This stela is carved on all sides, something not usually done during that time. Near it is altar 5, which has excellent hieroglyphs around the outer edge and two priests standing over a sacrificed head. This altar was on Guatemala s 10 quetzal note.
